My read is ten ripples, and three of them are that AI is going the way of social media, that confidence isn't preparation, and that the person who trains is leaving before the person being trained. In the session we'll follow the ones spreading from 2026 and see what they could mean for your work in 2027.
I look at what's already changing, often in other industries, and follow where it could lead for yours, so you can decide what to do about it while there's still time.
