Chat with Mo
A chat that knows where to look
Decisions like the one on your mind usually get made alone, in the car or at the kitchen table, with nobody to think them through with.
- You talk it through with Mo, out loud or typed, the same way you’d talk it through with me.
- He asks you things, you ask him things, and it goes back and forth the way a good chat does.
- Together you look at what’s happened, what’s happening and what might happen, and follow the ripples, the effect and then the effect of that effect, for you and your business.
- You talk through what might go wrong, what could go right, the options you have and the profitable paths worth exploring, and Mo knows what to ask and where to look.
- He draws on what I’ve kept from thirty years of this work, the keynotes, the reports, the newsletters and the thinking behind them, and brings it to your situation the way I would.
- Drop in any document you’re working on, a plan, a proposal or a report, and Mo works through it with you, page by page.
- When something he said dawns on you two days later, come back and he picks up right where you left off.
You can see everything Mo keeps on your Memory page, and change or delete any of it whenever you like.
What it looks like
One of our first members brought Mo a plan their team had just finished for a new venture.
Mo looked at what the plan was setting out to do, then placed it in the world it’s heading into, and gave them feedback on both, along with his thoughts on the new name they had in mind.
Meet your team
Six teammates, six sides of your question
When it’s useful, Mo brings in one or more of his six digital teammates to look into it behind the scenes while you carry on, then brings back what they find as one answer, and when you know whose view you want, you can bring that teammate in yourself.
Keeps an eye on what’s changing outside your business, and shows where each fact comes from.
Looks at who a decision affects, your team and your customers, and how it might sit with them.
Works out which parts of a job stay with you, and which could go to your AI, a machine or someone you bring in.
Goes looking for openings you haven’t tried yet: new products, new markets, even new industries.
Argues the other side, kindly, so you hear it before anyone else does.
Works through what an idea might cost, what it could bring in and whether the sums hold up.
Ask for Dave when it’s the money that’s keeping you up, or George when you want to hear the case against before anyone else makes it.
Before you commit
Test it before you put money behind it
Once you’re nearly sure, there are good last checks, one from the inside, one from the outside, and one that looks at the whole of what you do.
- Your own virtual board, the way a company has one: five voices who’ll disagree with each other look hard at your idea, then a chair sums it up as yes, no or not yet.
- A virtual focus group of your own kinds of customers, built with you first, so you can try a price, an offer or a message before you spend a dollar on it.
- Before, the middle and after: if the job itself is the middle, Mo builds out what happens before your customer arrives and after they leave, and scores each possibility out of five, so you see where to move first.
They’re all there to sharpen your thinking and show you what else is worth a thought, and they can’t promise what real customers will do.
You get one sitting a month across the three, extra sittings when you need them, and Mo will talk it through with you as often as you like.
What you walk away with
Your next steps, one tap from your diary
- When you’ve settled on the path you want to take, Mo writes it up on its own page, with a prompt that passes the baton to your own AI, whichever you use, so it can carry on the work inside your own systems and ways of doing things.
- One tap puts your next steps, your immediate futures, into your calendar, with the days set aside to work on them.
- Share that page with your team by link, or download it and keep it.
- Share a document with Mo and he’ll write you a report on it, in my look, ready to print or forward to whoever needs to see it.
- My worksheets are there as well, starting with ripple mapping, made up for your business with your name on them, ready to print or pass round.
- Everything you make sits in your own pages, ready to download, print or pass on, so it’s yours to take away.
Every morning
Something worth reading, picked with you in mind
- Every morning there’s a fresh set of readings waiting in your own space. Mo and I pick them from what we’ve been reading that day, because we think they’ll interest you, whether it’s your industry or simply something worth knowing.
- Under each story it says what that story could set off for a business like yours, so you see the ripples before they reach you.
- You’ve more than twenty years of my talks, radio and TV to dip into, and Mo will find the right one for what you’re facing, to watch at your desk or listen to on the drive.
- My How to Innovate series is in your cinema, taught chapter by chapter, from finding inspiration all the way to ninety days to make it real (the full set lands over the coming days).
- My year-end guide, Before the Year Turns, is there in full, to work through a chapter at a time with Mo beside you.
- When your thinking’s stuck, there’s a provocative card each week, and a question a day from it, to push against before you work back to what you can do now.
People, too
And we haven’t forgotten people
- Once a month we get together online, me and the other members, to explore a topic, an issue or something interesting coming up ahead.
- The first is on Thursday 19 November, 11 to 11.45 am AEDT, a look at 2027: what this year set off, and what next year is likely to ask of us. Book your place
- In between, you can put a question to the other members, with your name shown only if you choose, and hear what’s worked for them.
- Once a month you can send a question straight to me. I read it myself, and usually get back to you within two working days.
- When you’d like more than a question, you can book time with me one-on-one at the members’ rate, or bring me in to your own people.
- From December, ripple updates: a regular note on what’s arriving and what it’s setting off for the plans you’ve made.

You’d use it for real and tell me what’s working and what isn’t, and together we shape what comes next.

What people say about working with me in the room
Morris spent a morning with our peer group. His approach was interactive and conversational which best suits this set of busy business owners. As promised, he had the room looking well past the next quarter and working through emerging trends, how these might affect their organisations and what they could do about it. Each member came away from the session with practical follow-up and gave the workshop a genuine ‘thumbs up’. I’d happily recommend Morris to any chair or organiser who wants their people thinking further ahead.
David Simpson FAICD, Chairman, Edge Group
Your presentation was incredible; I wish I had seen you earlier. We have made such monumental changes in such a short amount of time, and it is absolutely because we saw, and now see, our business through your eyes. It is the most profitable time we have ever spent…
Philip Dunn Q.C., Chairman, Foley’s List
Just as I thought I’d lost my way and didn’t know where to next for my business, I walked into your presentation and within ten minutes found my purpose and was reinvigorated and excited to achieve it.
Milton Wigdorowitz, Certified Financial Planner, GMP Financial
The person behind Mo
I'm Morris Misel, and for thirty years I've been showing leaders what's coming before it's trending, and working out with them what it means for them now.
That's thousands of clients, 2,800+ keynotes and workshops in 25 countries, more than 1,000 articles and 160 industries, and I'm heard by more than a million people a year, on stage and in the media.
Mo carries that work into your chat, and whenever you'd rather talk to me, I'm a question away. More about me

Choose Forward, in short
Choose Forward is a membership from Morris Misel, a foresight strategist and keynote speaker with thirty years of foresight behind him.

The first chat is free, with no sign-up, at members.morrismisel.com, and the twenty founding seats are A$60 a month or A$600 a year, GST included, closing on Friday 30 October 2026.
Questions people ask
What is Choose Forward?
It’s a membership where you talk any decision through with Mo and his team, day or night, with thirty years of my work to draw on, and leave with your next steps in your calendar.
Once a month there’s a get-together online with me and the other members, and a question straight to me.
Can I try it before I join?
Yes. Your first chat with Mo is free, with no sign-up, and the whole team takes a first look at your question, with nothing held back.
Who is Mo?
Mo is my AI double, drawing on what I’ve kept from thirty years of this work.
Sylvia and I are the real people behind him, and Sylvia sorts out anything about your membership or billing.
Can I choose which teammate looks at my question?
Yes. Mo brings them in when it’s useful, and you can bring in the one you want yourself, Dave for the money, say, or George for the case against.
Why not just ask an AI?
You could, and you’d get an answer. Here you get thirty years of my work to draw on, a chat that remembers your world, and once a month a question straight to me, which I read myself.
Is it only for business owners?
It’s for anyone who makes decisions, from a founder working on their own to a manager in a big organisation, and it works with you, one person at a time.
You only share what you’re comfortable sharing, and the team works from that.
What does a founding seat cost?
A$60 a month, or A$600 for the year, which is two months free, GST included.
The price stays yours for as long as you’re with me, and the founding seats close on Friday 30 October, or sooner if all twenty go.
What if I need more than the monthly allowance?
Extra research reports and sittings are there when you need them, so a busy month never leaves you stuck.
What if it’s not for me?
Press Not for me on your dashboard within 14 days and your first payment comes back to you in full.
After that you can cancel any time from Manage my membership, and keep everything until the end of what you’ve paid for.
Who sees what I type?
Nobody else can open your room. To answer you, your words go securely to the AI service we use (currently Anthropic), and your chats are never used to train AI, by them or by us.
Mark a message Private and it’s used for that answer and never kept. You can see, change or delete what Mo keeps whenever you like, and I don’t see that page myself. The full detail is in the privacy page.
What happens to my documents?
The words are pulled out in your own browser and sent securely to be read. A PDF file is deleted as soon as Mo has read it, and a Word file itself never leaves your device.
The words and his notes are deleted after 30 days, or straight away when you delete them from your Memory page.
If I leave, do I keep my work?
Everything you make sits in your own pages, ready to download, print or pass on, so it’s yours to take away.
If you cancel, your room stays open until the end of what you’ve paid for, and it’s deleted 30 days after that.
Is it advice?
It’s a way to think things through properly. It isn’t financial, legal or medical advice, and the decisions are always your own.
Bring Mo the one you keep coming back to
Bring him an idea you’re working on, the decision you’re sitting on, or the thing you’ve been meaning to look into and never found the time for. Your first chat is free, with no sign-up, and the twenty founding seats close on Friday 30 October.
If you know someone who’s sitting on a big decision right now, send them this page, because their first chat with Mo is free too.
